Our primary objective for this project was clear and concise: to deliver the new facility to the client, on time, on budget, and defect-free. We were commited to achieving these goals, with the aim of leaving our client delighted and eager to collaborate with us again in the future.
Design and Build Service
Our scope of work extended throughout the projects initial design and planning stage, to build and handover. Encompassing mechanical and electrical elements to provide a holistic and integrated delivery of our services throughout the project.
Comprehensive Project Management
We handled all aspects of the project, from the initial design phase to the final handover. Our diligent approach included value engineering to maximise cost control and savings throughout the project.
Supply Chain Managment
Regular interaction with the supply chain and design team ensured precise timeline adherence and the use of the right products. Continuous reviews of the project programme allowed us to adapt to critical path constraints, culminating in an impressive completion six weeks ahead of schedule.
Challenges
We faced a number of challenges within this project, but overcoming these challenges is a hallmark of our work, and this project was no exception.
We encountered two significant hurdles including structural engineering design, which is a complex and formidable challenge. However our experienced team handled this head on and provided innovative solutions to ensure structural integrity. Secondarily we encountered challenges with cost control within a rising market. The constantly rising costs demanded vigilance, maintaining a tight grip on agreed budgets and in the case of this budget we delivered successfully under budget.
Project Progress
We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the project in February 2020. Notably, we achieved critical milestones six weeks ahead of the construction programme, a testament to our unwavering commitment to both quality and project efficiency.
