Showcasing Innovates project in hunters hall, kelso

Innovate proudly showcases its successful project completion on the new Lloyd Ltd Agricultural sales depot in Kelso, Scotland. Our comprehensive construction service encompassed the design and construction of an expansive storage warehouse, the creation of a bespoke vehicle wash bay, and the construction of an extension to enhance the existing sales floor, complete with a new entrance. We also installed a brand new parking area with employee and customer parking, this process included remedials, block paving and final plot works to add the finishing touches.

The project, originally set for a 65-week timeline, was delivered three weeks ahead of schedule, with the keys handed over in an impressive 62 weeks. Innovate’s turnkey construction service was instrumental from the project’s inception, covering the initial design stages of the warehouse and building extension. We provided architectural design services and oversaw the entire construction phase, ensuring a seamless process leading up to the final handover.

Our dedicated team managed every aspect of the project, from earthworks and site remedials to foundations and ductwork. The structural steel installation, along with the placement of reinforced concrete flooring in the warehouse and a modern resin floor for the reception and sales area, reflected our commitment to excellence in every detail.
